The BioLoop Process

A routing manifold distributes processed gases into modular cartridges for methane capture, CO₂ recirculation, or sulfur neutralization. Condensate is isolated through a moisture trap system (175) and safely returned to the source, maintaining hygienic closed-loop operation.

The result is simultaneous odor elimination, indoor air quality improvement, and selective biogas harvesting — all managed through a scalable Serialized Extraction Manifold architecture.
